All confirmed orders are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, cancelled, or refunded. We strongly encourage buyers to review the 360° video, full 4Cs specifications and IGI certification details provided for each stone before completing a purchase.
Every diamond listed is accompanied by IGI certification confirming its 4Cs (Cut, Colour, Clarity, Carat) and lab-grown origin. Certification documents are provided with the physical shipment of the stone.
Prices are quoted per carat and are subject to change based on market rates for lab grown diamonds. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of order via WhatsApp or direct communication with our team.
